I got a famous painting reproduced / done for US $110/- 20″ X 30″ – its fantastic and adorns my home – it’s “Man with Golden Helmet” – he has done a great job and did it in 3 days flat – delivered at my hotel

Here's my opinion: artistic talent is largely learned. Most of the so-called experts will argue this statement, of course. They’ll proclaim that artistic oil painting techniques are only in the grasp of those rare individuals that are born with a mysteriously God-like ability to create art.
