Witch one of these art Easel is better for my 3 year old daughter?

This one is a combination of a chalk board, dry-erase and its also magnetic and it comes with 77 magnetic pieces.

I would go with the second one. The magnetic part is not, in my opinion, necessary for art. It is necessary to have a ready roll of paper so that the child knows what it is all for. If you want something magnetic, then buy something else that is separate from the art stuff. I hope she has fun and becomes very creative.

Here's my opinion: artistic talent is largely learned. Most of the so-called experts will argue this statement, of course. They’ll proclaim that artistic oil painting techniques are only in the grasp of those rare individuals that are born with a mysteriously God-like ability to create art.
