Celebrating modern and contemporary art, the third annual 2011 Dallas Art Fair presented by Ruinart, Friday, April 8 through Sunday, April 10, will take place at the Fashion Industry Gallery , occupying 70,000 square feet in a mid-century, modern building within walking distance of the Dallas Arts District.Â
Here's my opinion: artistic talent is largely learned. Most of the so-called experts will argue this statement, of course. They’ll proclaim that artistic oil painting techniques are only in the grasp of those rare individuals that are born with a mysteriously God-like ability to create art.
